4 pieces of salmon 150 gm for piece
1/4 cup of olive oil using silicone measuring cups.
2 tablespoons of lemon juice using 5 measuring spoons.
1 clove of garlic chopped using garlic press.
Salt & pepper using salt & pepper grinder.
Remove bone and skin using fish scaler & boning knife
Mix olive oil , lemon ,salt ,pepper , chopped garlic together using spatula , then add it to the salmon and leave it for 3 hrs in refrigerator
Then grill the cylindrical pieces of salmon on griller ( lodge cast iron ) for 7 min for each face.
Serve it hot using fish turner.
