1/4 kg of lasagna slices using electronic scale
1/2 kg of chopped meat using electronic scale
1 chopped onion using onion chopper
1 chopped carrot using carrot grater
1 tablespoon using 5 measuring spoons of chopped fresh celery using utility knife
2 tablespoons of butter using 5 measuring spoons
2 tablespoons of tomato paste using 5 measuring spoons
2 cups of fresh tomato juice using silicone measuring cups
Salt & pepper using salt & pepper grinder.
3 tablespoons of flour using 5 measuring spoons
3 tablespoons of butter using 5 measuring spoons
3 cups of milk using silicone measuring cups

2 cups of ricotta cheese , mozzarella using silicone measuring cups
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese using silicone measuring cups.
Heat in Favola frypan butter , onion till tender for 10 min , then add carrot , celery , then add chopped meat and stir it using kitchen spatula for 10 min , then add tomato juice , tomato paste , salt , pepper , bay leaves and nutmeg , leave it on low temperature for 30 min.
In casserole 2 handles heat butter , with flour for 2 min , with constantly stirring using whisk ,then add milk with constantly stirring till it thickens and add pinch of salt.
in rectangular oven pan domo, add a layer meat sauce , then a layer of lasagna slices , a layer of cheese mixtures ,then a layer of lasagna , then a layer of meat sauce , then a layer of cheese mixtures , then a layer of lasagna , finally coat it with white sauce and spread amount of cheese.
Then put it in oven 180 ◦C for 20 min
Serve it hot using nylon flexible turner super steel.
