Mushroom soup

Ingredients:

400 kg fresh mushroom
4 cups of chicken broth
3 tablespoon white flour
3 tablespoon butter
1 chopped onion using the mini vegetable grater
1 cup of cream

Directions:

Put 1 .5 tablespoon of butter ,chopped onion and mushroom in a frypan till being faded, stir the using a spatula.
Add the salt and pepper with a little amount of the broth
to Cool Leave it
Using a casserole 2 handles Add 1.5 tablespoon of butter and the white flour and the rest of the broth with continuous stirring using whisk .
Mash the mushroom in the processor.
Using the strainer, pour the mashed mushroom to the components of the casserole 2 handles.
Add the cream with continuous stirring by using the whisk at a low temperature for 3 minutes.
