Ingredients:

2 Pore fish
1 big onion
1 tomato
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red chili pepper
1/4 cup of chopped fresh celery Using silicone measuring cups and fresh parsley using forged slicer knife
3 cloves chopped garlic using garlic press - twist
4 tablespoons of olive oil using 5 measuring spoon
Salt & pepper using salt & pepper grinder
1 teaspoon of paprika using 5 measuring spoon
1 teaspoon of cinnamon using 5 measuring spoon
1teaspoon of chopped fresh ginger using 5 measuring spoon using mini grater- twist
1 teaspoon of cumin using 5 measuring spoon
1 tablespoon of ketchup using 5 measuring spoon
3 tablespoon of lemon juice using 5 measuring spoon

Directions:

Wash the fish and clean it very well by remove the scale using fish scaler
Then cut the head and open the fish from one side using basic scissors
For filling:
Using the 6 functions grater slicer slice the following (green, red, red chili, yellow peppers, onion, and tomato) mix together
Then mix all the spices (salt , pepper , paprika , cumin , cinnamon , ginger , lemon juice , olive oil , garlic ,and ketchup) using kitchen spatula29 cm
Then mix spread some of these dressing with vegetables, and the other with the fish)
Put the fish in a rectangular lasagnera pan domo , and then add the spiced vegetables over the fishes ) , and cook them in oven 180◦C for 15 -20 min serve it hot using the fish turner twist to get the whole fish so easy
